Chinese Chicken Salad

Recipe from Cook This Not That

1 head napa cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  (I used a rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup Asian dressing
  (I used Asian Toasted Sesame by Kraft)
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup mandarin oranges , drained
  packed in water, not syrup
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Slice the cabbages into thin strips.  Toss with sugar.  Add the rest of the ingredients tossing well to evenly distribute everythng.
